As prices increase we are seeing more homes on the market. Inventory
report today via MLS search is showing:

436 REO
This is for Henderson, Las Vegas and North Las Vegas.
We are seeing people who bought within the last couple of years selling for a nice
profit. I have personally had sellers who bought just a year or two sell and
put $30k-$60k in their pocket.
Now may be the time to put your house on the market.
